Finca delightful is named by the client who was with me when I first saw it. If they didnt have to sell their home in England first I think I would have had trouble moving them that day, we all fell in love with this “delightful” finca. The houses are habitable with a summer kitchen and outside bathroom you could live here (just about but not for long!) The buildings surround a “delightful” patio and it lends itself to being separate little cottages with one main house. The water and electric is from a well and the town and the house has a few solar panels and the nearest electric post is at the end of the easy access track. The land circles the property nicely, and sweeps up the hill at the back, so you are quite well sheltered but have stunning valley views to the front and sides. The house is very close to the via verde (just over the hill) and is perfect for rural tourism. The views are spectacular and although you're not far from the roads or towns of Moron and Coripe, you feel like your a million miles away. It is really is a beautiful retreat.
