It is the antique door that makes the first impression, just as it should, and casts the tone for the rest of the house. The door is one of the nicest we've seen and this whole house is perfectly clean and shining.
Once entered, there is a typical Spanish family room and a large double bedroom that we think would make a lovely lounge, then and a large hallway that leads to the good sized kitchen and internal patio. As with much of this house, there is attention to detail in the abundant green plants, including a huge jasmine and a well looked after fig tree. Beyond the patio there is the bathroom and storage room. Off the family room there are two sets of stairs: one leads up to two bedrooms - one that leads on from the other. The main stairs lead up to a further three bedrooms. One of these bedrooms could be improved by enlarging the small terrace. Maybe the one thing this house needs more of is outside space which could be easily created, making this house into a fantastic, large family home on one of the nicest streets in the old part of town.
