This house is on a very central street, with parking and easy access to shops, banks, bars and the town swimming pool. It has good street presence and we were very impressed with the decor and condition of the house. I thought the owner would be asking a lot more for this property and rushed back to the office to get it on our site. The entrance hall is tiled in the traditional manner with a wonderful wrought iron door, leading to a spacious open plan living, dining area. Through a covered patio there is the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. The feeling on this level is open, bright and welcoming. Upstairs there are three very good-sized bedrooms and a further bathroom; the bedrooms were bright and airy. Upstairs to the roof terrace, which has a large storage room and would make a wonderful outdoor living space with a little money spent to raise the roof, in order to open up the view. I think the house is extremely well priced for a property of this size and condition.
